Perspective On Words Collection.

The perspective from the end of the Harbour Arm in Folkestone of Ian Hamilton Finlay's 'Weather is a Third To Place and Time' painted on the lighthouse.

This series is based on the perspective in terms of our viewing point of the typography and we see around us in Folkestone. Words taken on different meanings to different people, and this observation is a visual play of words, literally mapping the perspective and angles on words. 

The works take on the shape, the angle, the perspective from its natural viewing point, putting the viewer int he spot of familiarity, despite the landscape in which surrounds it being replaced with bright pop palettes.
