For the first time ever, I've made a calendar! From scratch. By hand. Like some sort of calendar-making fool.

The 2027 Wall Calendar features 12 illustrated scenes from around Folkestone and the surrounding area, based on some of my most popular works. There’s Folkestone from Castle Hill, Samphire Hoe, the Harbour Arm, Sunny Sands, Mermaid Beach, the Leas Lift, Folkestone Harbour, Sandgate, our Anthony Gormley and plenty more local loveliness.

It’s A3, made from six double-sided 250gsm art prints, mounted on board and held together with a clip. No fancy mass-produced calendar contraption here. I’ve built these things myself, old school.

And yes, you can write on it. Because a calendar you can’t write on would just be 12 pictures with an identity crisis.

Birthdays. Holidays. Bin days. Dentist appointments. Passive-aggressive reminders. There’s room for the lot.

A very good Christmas present for Folkestone people, former Folkestone people, people who love Folkestone, or people who are apparently already organised enough to be thinking about 2027.

I’m only making a small number of these. And they are, by their very nature, limited edition, because eventually 2027 will happen and absolutely nobody will want one anymore.
